Terms of Service

1. The service

The Founder provides a UAE business-planning wizard, AI-assisted tools (an advisor, Concept Studio and Name Check), and an operating system of apps (Finance, CRM, Operations, Growth, Compliance, Team, Library, Hub) for founders setting up or running a business in the UAE.

Outputs — including cost estimates, licence guidance, visa guidance, and generated plans — are provided for general guidance only. They are not legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, and they are not a substitute for confirmation from a licensed UAE professional (a lawyer, accountant, or registered business setup consultant) before you rely on them for an actual decision. Where the Service uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, that response can be incomplete or inaccurate — always verify anything consequential independently.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly (hello@thefounder.ae) if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Plans, actions and billing

The wizard and the first sections of your plan are free. Paid plans (currently "Launch" and "Founder"), their monthly price in AED, and what each includes are described on the pricing page — that page is the current source of truth for pricing, not this document. Payment is processed by Stripe via a hosted checkout link; we never see or store your full card details. A paid plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Where a feature is described as a one-off purchase (for example, a single PDF export or a token pack), it is billed once, at the time of purchase.

We do not currently publish a separate written refund policy beyond what is shown at checkout; if something goes wrong with a payment, contact hello@thefounder.ae and we will look at it in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, bypass or probe the Service's security or rate limits.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose under UAE law, or to store or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not resell or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service without our written agreement.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by UAE law, Enmaa Consulting is not liable for decisions made solely on the Service's output without independent professional confirmation, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply regardless of this clause.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting hello@thefounder.ae. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms (in particular the acceptable-use section above), or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the Service or other users, after giving notice where practical. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy's retention section.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes or as the professional legal review referenced above is completed. Material changes will update the "Draft prepared" date at the top of this page.
