The Founder provides business-planning tools, AI agents and an operating system for founders in the UAE. Outputs, including costs, licences, visa guidance and plans, are estimates for guidance only and are not legal, financial or tax advice. UAE figures are reviewed by Enmaa for accuracy but should be confirmed for your specific case.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information at signup.
Paid plans, included monthly actions and token packs are described on the pricing page. Fees are in AED. Annual plans and one-off exports are charged as shown at checkout.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break security, or use it for unlawful purposes under UAE law.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, Enmaa is not liable for decisions made solely on tool output without professional confirmation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable Emirate of Dubai.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans follow the refund window stated at checkout.
The AED 100 plan export and token packs are digital goods delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once used. If something goes wrong, contact support and we'll make it right.
